How to Download Your Digital Files
How to Download Your Digital Files
-
After Purchase:
-
Once your purchase is complete, we’ll automatically send an email with a link to download your digital file.
-
This email will be sent to the address you provided during checkout.
-
-
Can’t Find the Email?
-
If you don’t see the email in your inbox, check your spam folder, social tab, or promotions tab (for Gmail users).
-
The email is typically sent instantly after purchase confirmation, but it may take a few minutes in some cases.
-
-
Downloading the File:
-
Click the download link in the email.
-
If the link doesn’t work, try using a different browser (e.g., switch from Google Chrome to Microsoft Edge or Safari).
-
-
Mobile or Tablet Users:
-
Some mobile and tablet devices may not allow direct downloads via a link.
-
If this happens, access the link from a laptop or PC.
-
Once downloaded, you can transfer the file to your mobile or tablet using email, Dropbox, or your preferred file-sharing method.
-
-
Saving the File:
-
When you click the download link, you’ll be prompted to select a location on your computer to save the file (the default is usually the “Downloads” folder).
-
-
What’s in the File?
-
The downloaded file is a PDF containing instructions and a personal link to your spreadsheet template.
-
Important Notes:
-
PDF Reader: If you don’t have a PDF reader, you can download Adobe Reader for free [here].
-
Google Sheets: You’ll need a Gmail/Google account and must be logged in to use the Google Sheets version.
-
Excel: To use the Excel version, ensure you have Microsoft Excel installed on your device.
